What is the return policy?
Exchange or return of goods and funds for them is possible within 14 days in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine. When paying by card, the funds will be returned to the same details, the return period is up to 14 days.
To arrange a return, please contact our manager in any way convenient for you.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns in some cases:
-After 14 days from the date of receipt.
-If the packaging in which the goods were delivered to you, labels, tags, etc. are missing.
-If the goods have been used.
When will I get my order?
-Shipping takes 1-3 days if the item is in stock.
-Delivery within Ukraine takes 1-3 days. International delivery varies depending on the recipient's country.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our clothing is manufactured in Ukraine at local production facilities. Raw materials or components may be imported, but we give preference to Ukrainian manufacturers.
